In Surabaya, as the second biggest city of Indonesia, we accompany more than 150 family who living in slums areas along railway at south of Surabaya pe=recisely at Ketintang village. At daily life we see the dangerous situation where children play along railway and very close with train passing time. Parents are works at non formal sector as scavenger, street food seller/warung, porters and driver of online taxi. Some youth who since year 2017 join in ALIT activities at this present are high school student and some others are graduate from vocational school who active in ALIT shop together with other university student managing the store that sell all village product. Problems about neglecting, health and social support by Surabaya government that not easy for them to reach caused as illegal living of their community. Near the community are kampong urban but formal register and living side by side with these slums areas. Similar works among these kampong citizen and have problem among the children such as junk food feed every time at daily life, mother with less knowledge about nutritions and skill on gastronomic, father working at irregular hours and ready for call works at anytime.
Different situation some village in Jember region that we already exist at Klungkung and Karang Pring Vilagge at Sukorambi sub District, in Palangsari and Ngawdiwono Village at Bromo slope in Pasuruan region , in a small island Gili Genting as part of Sumenep region, and in Sempu and Jambewangi Village in Banyuwangi ( East Java) also Flores (east Nusa Tenggara) that mostly rural areas with main income from agriculture (rice, corn, tobacco, spices, vegetable, coffee, cocoa, coconut, tropical fruit, flowers), fish and live stock (chicken, eggs, meat, milk) that routine produce and sale to local market with very cheap price. Among parents are less educated who married at very young age. Woman had a baby average at age before 17 years old because as culturally see this age are already mature for having baby. Farming as main works at very depend of chemical fertiliser and pesticide, and children become domestic labor for caring the life stock in very early morning as main part of family income.
